At CLC, we managing a shelter for Families With Children, which provides temporary housing through the Department of Homeless Services (DHS). Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming environment that promotes dignity, empowerment, and self-sufficiency for individuals and families.
NYC H+H: HERCC - Subcontractor
As a primary subcontractor with NYC Health + Hospitals (H+H). Our over 100 case managers, exit planners, and supervisors are dedicated to assessing the needs of residents and developing personalized service plans, connecting them with essential community resources.
Supportive Housing, New Rochelle - Prime

COVID-19, Emergency Response, Subcontractor
At CLC, our team supported emergency humanitarian response efforts, including housing stabilization, client navigation, administrative surge capacity, and coordination with government and community partners to assist vulnerable and displaced populations during prolonged crisis conditions
Hurricane Sandy, Disaster Response, Subcontractor
CLC initiated teams throughout New York to support post-disaster housing stabilization, recovery administration, and client-centered case management to support families and individuals after displacement due to catastrophic storm events.
