Driven by deep operational expertise, CLC has delivered large-scale emergency shelter and case management services for vulnerable populations, including operating a 56-unit sanctuary shelter for asylum-seeking families and providing case management services across 14 New York City HERRC migrant sites. The firm has played a pivotal role in major disaster responses, deploying hundreds of staff after Superstorm Sandy, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in other national crises to provide essential services ranging from client eligibility determination to housing stabilization.
